Job summary

Banfield is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and ensure a welcoming experience. You will educate clients on wellness plans, manage records, and help schedule care while maintaining high standards of service.

You will interact with clients in a fast-paced hospital setting, balancing administrative duties with compassionate customer care and teamwork to encourage return visits.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and pets, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Route clients and pets to maximize hospital productivity.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and services.
• Complete required documentation and enter pet histories.
• Dispense prescriptions per veterinarian's instructions and schedule appointments.
• Handle invoices, balances, and opening/closing procedures.
• Support administrative tasks as needed.
• Uphold the hospital's Five Principles.
