Banfield is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive smooth client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and foster a welcoming hospital environment. You will promote wellness plans, educate clients on services, and ensure accurate documentation and smooth check-in/out processes.

Responsibilities

• Live the Five Principles and promote hospital services.
• Recruit new clients and route clients/pets to maximize productivity.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and veterinary services.
• Assist with documentation, pet data entry and efficient check-in/out.
• Handle invoices, prescriptions and scheduling with accuracy.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and hospital finances.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
