Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience preferred with customer service exposure.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, etc.) with terminology training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and recruit new clients while routing clients and pets for optimal care.
• Ensure accurate client and pet information is entered and that invoices and prescriptions are processed correctly.
• Advise clients on wellness plans, preventive care, and hospital services; schedule future appointments.
