Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to guide the flow of clients and pets, optimize the veterinary team’s productivity, and ensure compassionate, clear communication with clients. You’ll help educate clients on wellness plans and hospital services while supporting efficient front-desk operations.

The role emphasizes welcoming clients, accurate documentation, and scheduling, with a focus on a friendly, efficient hospital environment and sustained client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related experience with customer service preferred.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a busy pet-hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital.
• Maximize productivity of the veterinary medical team.
• Provide friendly, informative service to clients and patients.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and hospital services.
• Assist with documentation, pet information, and scheduling.
• Process invoices and assist with scheduling future appointments.
• Support opening/closing procedures and basic administrative tasks.
• Contribute to a positive, five-principles driven team environment.
