Banfield Pet Hospital in Greenville, SC is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and ensure a welcoming, efficient visit. You will educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, manage intake and checkout, handle invoices, promote retail products, and deliver top‑notch service with a friendly, professional demeanor.

This role requires strong communication, ability to multi‑task, and availability for weekend/evening shifts to meet hospital

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience preferred with customer service.
• Medical background or veterinary context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through a productive and efficiently run hospital to support wellness plan clients.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times; educate clients about pet health and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients by completing required documentation, entering pet information and history in the computer, and ensuring prompt service.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, retail items, and scheduling future appointments.
