The CSC promotes wellness plans, educates clients on pet health, and coordinates care to ensure a welcoming experience. This role requires multi-tasking, communication, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles in self and team.
• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing clients and pets for care.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by maintaining an efficient hospital flow.
• Provide professional, friendly service and educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, and hospital services.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet information, and scheduling.
