Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to manage client and pet flow through the hospital. You’ll help maximize the veterinary team's productivity, ensure excellent communication with clients, and coordinate care in a friendly, efficient environment designed to encourage return visits and referrals.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography.
• One year of related experience required with customer service preferred.
• Medical background with medical terminology training is preferred.

• Recruit new clients by promoting services and route flow for productivity.
• Maximize number of pets seen by a productive hospital operation.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and hospital services.
• Assist clients by completing documentation, entering pet info, and ensuring prompt service.
• Assist with invoicing, prescriptions, retail sales and scheduling.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
