Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is looking for a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital and maximize the veterinary team's productivity. You will ensure clear communication with clients and staff, welcome clients and pets, and promote preventive care and Optimum Wellness Plans.

The role demands in-person collaboration, strong customer service, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication and strong written/verbal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Customer service oriented with a focus on client care.

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital while promoting services.
• Educate clients about preventive care and wellness plans.
• Provide courteous and efficient service, scheduling and invoicing.
• Assist with intake: documentation, pet data entry and ID procedures.
• Support hospital operations with accurate financial procedures.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

1 year of related experience

Medical background (vet/human healthcare)
