Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets, promote services, and support the veterinary team in delivering high-quality care. The role emphasizes excellent client communication, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to educate clients on wellness plans and preventive care.

The CSC will handle front-desk duties, assist with appointments, and ensure a welcoming, efficient hospital environment while maintaining professional standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform radiography duties.
• Medical terminology training or background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Promote hospital services to recruit new clients.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
• Assist with client documentation and data entry for pets.
• Provide invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling information to clients.
