Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to manage client and pet flow, ensure exceptional service, and support the veterinary team. The role emphasizes client education on preventive care and wellness plans while handling administrative duties and scheduling.

The CSC collaborates with clinicians and clients to create a welcoming environment, promotes wellness plans, and helps ensure smooth daily operations within the hospital.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary, healthcare, or pharmaceutical) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize team productivity.
• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service to clients and patients.
• Educate clients about wellness plans, preventive care, and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet information in the computer system.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling future visits.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
