Banfield Pet Hospital in Scottsdale seeks a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, maximize team productivity, and ensure friendly, professional service. You will greet clients, educate them on wellness plans, handle intake, and schedule visits with the veterinary team.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and a passion for pet health, with weekend/evening hours possible. A high school diploma and healthcare exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform radiography duties.
• Medical background or experience with pets/healthcare is a plus.
