Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography and attention to legal requirements.
• Medical/vet background or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital and maximize the veterinary team's productivity.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service; educate clients about pet health and wellness plans.
• Assist clients with required documentation, enter pet information, and ensure prompt service.
• Handle invoices, process prescriptions, and schedule future appointments.
• Perform administrative duties and support hospital operations as needed.
