Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospitals is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to smoothly guide clients and their pets through the hospital, ensuring friendly, efficient service and strong client communication. The role focuses on maximizing wellness visits, educating owners about preventive care, and supporting a high-productivity team.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, processing pet records, coordinating appointments, and handling invoices while promoting Optimum Wellness Plans.

Qualifications

• Fluent English – reads, writes and speaks clearly.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks.
• Computer skills with common software familiarity.
• Willingness to learn and follow corporate guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing flow of clients.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through a productive operation.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients by completing documentation and entering pet history in the system.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
