WellHaven Pet Health in Vancouver, WA is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact, turning calls into booked appointments and delivering welcoming client experiences.

You will manage calls, educate clients, promote Care Companion Plans, handle cashier duties, maintain medical charts, and support the veterinary team to keep client flow smooth and appointments filled.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably front desk or call center.
• 1+ years of computer experience (typing, email, other software).
• Veterinary experience a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Convert incoming client calls into scheduled appointments and greet clients warmly.
• Manage calls to maximize appointment conversions and educate clients on services.
• Promote Care Companion Plans and preventive care options during calls.
