Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to manage client and patient flow and support the veterinary team. The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service, education on preventive care, and accurate documentation to ensure patients are seen promptly and clients leave with clear instructions.

The CSC will handle scheduling, invoicing, prescriptions, and product sales, while upholding Banfield's Five Principles and delivering an outstanding client

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to perform radiography duties.
• One year of related customer service experience required.
• Medical background or veterinary terminology training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide client flow and maximize productivity of the veterinary team.
• Provide friendly, informative service and educate clients on pet health.
• Assist with documentation, patient information, and scheduling.
• Process invoices, prescriptions, and retail sales; manage opening/closing procedures.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
