Job summary

Banfield is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets, maximize team productivity, and ensure excellent communication with clients and associates. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route flow of clients and pets for productivity.
• Maximize pets seen by maintaining an efficient hospital flow.
• Provide professional, courteous service and educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care and services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet information in the system.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions and invoices, dispense medications, sell products and schedule follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct necessary administrative tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
