Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive hospital flow, maximize team productivity, and ensure excellent client and pet care. You will engage clients, educate them on wellness plans, and coordinate care in a welcoming, efficient environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and commitment to service excellence, with opportunities for growth within Banfield’s pet-healthcare team.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 to perform radiography.
• One year of related experience with customer service preferred.
• Medical background (vet tech, healthcare, or pharma) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Live and exemplify Mars Five Principles within team.
• Actively recruit new clients and route flow for care.
• Maximize pets seen by maintaining productive hospital flow.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet history.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, prescriptions, and appointments.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
