Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets, maximize team productivity, and ensure clear communication with clients and associates. You will educate clients on pet health and wellness plans while delivering friendly, efficient service.

The role supports scheduling, invoicing, and assisting with prescriptions and retail product sales. A welcoming, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to use computer and hospital software.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital and promote services.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients on pet health.
• Complete documentation, input pet history, and schedule appointments.
• Assist with dispensing prescriptions and retail products.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
