Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service. You will promote wellness plans, educate clients about pet health, and support the veterinary team to deliver quality care.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and a customer-focused attitude, with potential weekend/evening hours. Training provided, and a focus on a welcoming hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform radiography (x-ray) duties.
• One year related experience with customer service preferred.
• Medical background (vet tech, human healthcare, pharma) with terminology training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Provide friendly, professional service and educate clients about pet health.
• Assist with documentation, pet history, IDs, and scheduling.
