Casa Grande Animal Hospital is seeking a positive team member to join our fast-paced reception area. You will check in/out clients, schedule appointments, and dispense prescribed items per Vet instructions while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

We open Mon-Sat, with four 10-hour shifts weekly. Avimark experience is preferred; strong phone and written communication skills are essential to deliver excellent customer service to clients and patients alike.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures.
• Experience with Avimark preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good judgment and ability to handle stressful situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out clients in a friendly, organized manner.
• Dispense prescription items per Vet instructions.
• Schedule appointments and manage phone inquiries.
• Use Avimark to document and update client records.
• Maintain a positive attitude with clients, pets and teammates.
• Demonstrate empathy toward clients and treat pets with compassion.
