Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or veterinary reception
• Front desk experience in a veterinary setting required
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system while assisting clients
• Experience with veterinary practice management software, Avimark preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Positive attitude and team-oriented
