Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and client-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails promptly with professional, friendly service.
• Schedule appointments based on client needs and veterinarian availability.
• Send appointment reminders and confirmations to keep care on track.
• Make outbound calls to re-engage lapsed clients.
• Greet clients and ensure a positive visit experience.
• Gather medical information with active listening and triage.
• Provide post-visit instructions and care guidance.
• Keep client records accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist with daily reception and practice operations.
