Qualifications

• 2+ years in similar role
• Passion for serving people and pets
• Ethical and compassionate care above all
• Positive attitude in fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Willingness to learn and improve daily
• Weekend availability (Sat/Sun) preferred
• Comfort with multitasking and various software tools
• Ability to de-escalate situations and resolve conflicts
• Enforce clinic policies with professionalism and compassion

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients at the front desk
• Answer phones and respond to client questions
• Serve as liaison between clients and clinic staff
• Manage appointment bookings and requests
• Maintain the reception area cleanliness
• Update patient records from prior clinics
• Process payments at check-out
• Support team lead and colleagues as needed
