Destination Pet in Atlanta is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to greet pet parents, answer phones, and guide visitors through our facility with warmth and professionalism. You will assist with scheduling, upsell grooming, boarding, training services, and ensure vaccinations are on file.

This role requires energy, reliability, and a love for pets, with evenings, weekends and holidays required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, in-person, and email.
• Ability to multitask and stay professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Answering phones and multi-tasking with a smile.
• Touring the facility and selling grooming, boarding, and training services.
• Ensuring up-to-date vaccinations are on file for safety.
