Job summary

Destination Pet LLC is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to greet pet parents and their furry VIPs, answering phones, guiding tours, and promoting our grooming, boarding, and veterinary services. You’ll help with check-ins/outs, maintain safety records, and balance cash at day’s end.

This role requires physical stamina, a positive attitude, and solid communication across channels. Dental, 401k, and other perks are available as part of our team.

Qualifications

• Customer-service experience preferred (1+ year).
• Ability to multitask and stay professional under pressure.
• Willingness to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet
• Ability to guide tours and upsell services.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist pet parents and their pets.
• Answer phones with a smile and manage inquiries.
• Tour clients through the facility and promote services.
• Ensure vaccination records are current for safety.
• Handle check-ins/outs and cash balance at day end.
• Address complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escort guests to enclosures and maintain a clean lobby.
• Support team members as needed.
