Job summary

Tractor Supply Company and Petsense is seeking a Team Member to engage customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and perform essential store duties while delivering legendary customer service. The role requires adaptability, attendance, and the ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Experience is not required, but pet knowledge and strong communication help. This position is based in-store and involves caring for live animals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Take the initiative to support selling initiatives (TEAM).
• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise; participate in freight process; execute Plan-o-gram procedures.
• Assemble merchandise; perform janitorial duties; execute price changes/markdowns.
• Assist customers with loading purchases; ensure the safety and well-being of live animals; sanitize and maintain holding tanks.
