Job summary

Petsense by Tractor Supply is hiring and seeks a Team Member to support store operations, customer service, and merchandising while ensuring a safe environment for customers and pets. You will assist with loading purchases, answer questions, and help maintain live animal areas in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
• Reading, writing and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts; varied hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment per policies.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and provide guidance on products.
• Care for and handle live animals in holding areas.
• Execute merchandising and store procedures with accuracy.
