Job summary

Tractor Supply Company / Petsense is seeking a Team Member to support store operations, customer service, and pet care standards. You will help with merchandising, opening/closing, cash handling, and live-animal duties while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for customers and Team Members.

Experience in retail or pet care is preferred; candidates must be 18+ and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or pet/live animal knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with execution of operational, sales and merchandising objectives while providing outstanding customer service.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and train Team Members on policies and procedures.
• Perform merchandising, opening/closing, price changes, and Plan-o-grams; assist with live animals care and loading purchases.
