Job summary

Tractor Supply and Petsense by Tractor Supply seeks a Team Member to assist store managers in executing operational, sales, and merchandising objectives while delivering outstanding customer service. The role includes promoting safety, supporting training, and handling live animals with care.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle live animals with care and maintain holding tanks.
