Job summary

Arista Advanced Pet Care is seeking a Hospital Logistics Expert to partner with the Hospital Director and Care Navigation Team. You will monitor patient flow from drop-off to discharge, ensuring clear communication among care navigators, clients, and veterinarians.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare settings, with veterinary knowledge, EMR system proficiency, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts. Physical stamina is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare (veterinary technician, nurse, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of veterinary medicine, specialty and emergency care.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) / PIMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Track patient progress across the day and keep all stakeholders informed.
• Build relationships with specialty & emergency teams.
• Support efficient hospital operations and information flow.
• Serve as primary contact for care navigator during the day.
