Pawville is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to warmly greet clients and manage reservations for grooming, boarding, and daycare services. The role requires friendly service, accurate input of vaccines, contracts, and related records, with training in Pet Care duties prior to full assignment.

• Knowledge-based customer service skills with various sales techniques.
• Proficiency with office and sales equipment (phones, computers, printers, point of sale, reservation software).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
• Proficiency with roles as Daycare and Petcare Attendant.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to function well independently and in a stressful environment.

• Greet and interact with customers in person, through digital communication, and over the phone.
• Consulting with customers to understand their needs and preferences; advising and offering services and merchandise.
• Proactively and professionally resolve customer concerns; ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining business integrity.
• Maintaining schedule and reservation system; managing and booking reservations for grooming, boarding, and daycare appointments.
• Collecting and processing payments using the Resort point of sale system.
• Assisting Pet Care and Day Care Team; performing Day Care and Pet Care Attendant duties as assigned.
• Adhering to all pet and human safety protocols at all times.
• Communicating effectively with customers and Resort Team Members.
• Professionally and positively representing Pawville by conducting yourself in the best interest of Pawville, customers, and team members.
