Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Fear Free and HABRI certification.

Responsabilités

• Manage client schedules and document pet interactions.
• Explain veterinary services, grooming, daycare, boarding, and retail.
• Welcome pets and parents, ensuring smooth check-in.
• Answer calls and client inquiries; resolve concerns.
• Process financial transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and contribute to a welcoming environment.
• Support animals with food, water, and enrichment.
