Livewell Animal Hospital of St. Anthony is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients.

You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients warmly, and coordinate care with the veterinary team to ensure a smooth, compassionate experience for every pet. You will maintain medical records, schedule appointments, and process payments while upholding the hospital’s commitment to excellent patient care and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for excellent customer service and a love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to remain composed in stressful situations.
• Strong organizational ability with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset; able to work independently and with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred; flexible schedule including some weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions by managing a multi-line phone system and greeting clients with compassion.
• Ensure seamless care coordination by maintaining accurate medical records, managing appointments, and handling financial transactions.
• Advocate for pet health by educating clients on preventative care and hospital services.
• Embodies compassion and empathy, providing a calming presence and treating each pet with care.
