Responsibilities

• Follow established front desk procedures, clocking in/out at shifts.
• Open/close front desk as assigned; maintain a clean, professional lobby.
• Answer phones promptly; greet clients; check in/out patients and handle records.
• Assist with billing inquiries and payment options; process transactions as needed.
• Coordinate with Office/Hospital Managers on escalated matters.
• Support staff with handling pets and transporting items when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of hospital services and products for informed client conversations.
