Job summary

VCA Animal Hospitals, Inc. seeks an experienced Client Service Representative to serve as the face of the practice. The CSR will greet visitors, answer phones, schedule visits, and guide clients and their pets through the exam process.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service, preferably in a pet care or healthcare setting.
• Ability to greet visitors, answer phones, and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Comfort explaining fees and processing payments, and providing basic product information.

Responsibilities
