As a Client Service Representative, you’ll be the first and last impression for every client, greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary or medical front-desk experience preferred, not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Windows-based systems or willingness to learn.
• Positive, team-first attitude and welcoming demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated customer service with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
• Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out accurately.
• Answer and triage phone calls using a multi-line system.
• Schedule appointments, procedures, and follow-ups with the clinical team.
• Process payments and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Monitor patient and client flow throughout the day.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception and lobby area.
• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and managers for smooth operations.
• Support emotionally stressed clients with clarity and compassion.
• Assist with light administrative and cleaning duties as needed.
