GoodVets is seeking a Client Service Representative to be the friendly first and last impression for clients in our hospitals. You’ll manage phone calls, schedule visits, and guide clients through check-in, check-out, and payments with warmth and professionalism.

You’ll join a fast-paced team that values empathy, clear communication, and collaboration with veterinarians and support staff. Evening and weekend availability helps us deliver seamless care for pets and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred in veterinary/medical settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy front-desk environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated customer service with warmth and professionalism.
• Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out with care.
• Answer and triage phone calls using a multi-line system.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the clinical team.
• Process payments and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Monitor patient and client flow throughout the day.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Communicate with doctors, technicians, and managers for smooth operations.
• Assist emotionally stressed clients with compassion and clarity.
• Support light administrative and cleaning duties as needed.
