Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and patient flow, support the veterinary team, and deliver friendly, informative service. You will educate clients on wellness plans and preventive care while handling documentation and scheduling with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication, and previous customer service experience in a medical setting. Weekend and evening availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography and exposure to radioactive substances.
• Experience in customer service and a medical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route client flow for productivity.
• Maximize pets seen by maintaining a well-run hospital.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and history in the system.
• Provide instructions to outgoing clients and manage invoices and prescriptions.
• Handle finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
