Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and ensure a welcoming experience. You will educate clients about wellness plans, handle documentation, scheduling, and retail activities in a busy hospital setting.

The role requires strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency and a commitment to high-quality client service, with weekend/evening availability as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related experience required with customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and basic computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive hospital flow and maximize patient and client throughput.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service to clients and pets.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
• Assist with documentation, pet data entry and appointment scheduling.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and hospital finances.
