Destination Pet is hiring a Customer Service Representative at Ruff Housing Greensboro. You will greet pet parents, answer calls, schedule and promote services, and maintain a welcoming lobby.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Solid communication skills across phone, in-person, and email.
• Multi-line phones and computer systems proficiency; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and their pets; provide a warm, VIP experience.
• Answer phones with a friendly, efficient voice and multitask effectively.
• Tour clients through the facility and promote services they need.
• Ensure vaccinations are on file and up to date for safety.
• Manage check-ins/outs with accuracy and a personal touch.
