Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and their pets, ensuring a warm, VIP-like experience.
• Answer phones and assist customers with inquiries and bookings.
• Tour facilities to new clients and promote services.
• Manage check-ins/check-outs and balance cash at day end.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the lobby and reception area.
• Support team members as needed.
