Destination Pet's Club Fetch in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a part-time, flexible hours role. You will greet pet parents and pets, answer phones, tour new clients, promote services, manage check-ins/check-outs, and balance the cash drawer.

Qualifications

• Answer phones and assist customers with a positive attitude.
• Tour the facility for new clients and promote services.
• Ensure up-to-date vaccinations on file and manage check-ins/check-outs.
• Handle cash and balance end-of-day cash drawer.
• Respond to complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escort guests to enclosures and keep the lobby welcoming.
