Job summary

Destination Pet is hiring a Customer Service Representative for flexible working hours in Round Rock, TX. You will greet pet parents, manage calls, provide tours, and assist with check-ins and services.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced pet-care environment. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Strong communication skills across phone, in-person, and email.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their VIPs with a warm, concierge-style approach.
• Answering phones and multitasking to assist clients.
• Touring new clients through the facility and selling services.
• Ensuring vaccination records are current for safety.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and care.
• Handling cash and daily cash drawer balancing.
• Responding to complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escorting pets to and from enclosures with safety and care.
• Keeping the lobby clean and welcoming for first impressions.
• Supporting team members as needed.
