• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventive care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own.
