Destination Pet LLC is looking for a Customer Service Representative at Shag Bark Pet Retreat and Spa. You’ll be the friendly face, handle phones, greet pet parents, and help with check-ins and tours.

Join our pack and provide VIP service to pet families, manage schedules, maintain safety records, and support a team dedicated to caring for pets across our nationwide network based in Irving, Texas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Able to multitask and stay professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their VIPs to a 5-star care setting.
• Answering phones with a friendly, professional tone.
• Touring clients through the facility and selling services.
• Ensuring vaccination records are up to date.
• Check-ins/outs with care and accuracy.
• Handling cash and daily end-of-day reconciliations.
• Responding to complaints with patience and care.
