National Veterinary Associates (NVA) seeks a Feline Medical Center CSR to promote hospital services, assist clients and ensure smooth daily operations in a fear-free environment. You will educate clients, handle documentation, and support the veterinary team while maintaining high service standards.

The role emphasizes client service, multi-tasking and able to work with cats in a low-stress setting, with competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth within NVA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Medical background (vet tech/healthcare) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route clients to maximize productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the team with an efficient hospital flow.
• Provide exceptional service, educate clients about pet health and Paw Plans.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet history entry and scheduling.
• Manage finances with opening/closing procedures and perform admin tasks.
