Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital and maximize the veterinary team’s productivity. You will ensure welcoming, efficient service and educate clients about wellness plans and services.

You will assist with documentation, appointment scheduling, and invoicing, while maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional client care to support healthy, happy pets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to stand and be on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route clients and pets to maximize productivity.
• Provide welcoming and informative service to clients and pets.
• Assist with documentation, check-in/check-out, and invoicing.
• Schedule appointments and educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans.
• Maintain accurate balances and perform opening/closing procedures.
