• Promote hospital services and educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and wellness care.
• Provide exceptional service, welcome clients and pets, and ensure comfort in the hospital.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and history entry in the computer.
• Dispense instructions and invoices, schedule follow-ups, and assist with retail items as directed.
• Support opening/closing procedures and maintain accurate balances and records.
