Arista Advanced Pet Care is seeking a Communication Liaison to be the human touchpoint, coordinating with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to support patients and clients in a fast-paced veterinary environment.

You will develop and refine communication protocols to reduce client stress, advocate for clients, and ensure compassionate, clear information flow across channels; in-person nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call work may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across channels.
• Able to work in-person nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hospital team communication with minimal interruptions.
