Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Facilitate hospital team flow with minimal interruption and ensure updates pass through proper channels.
  • Internal Coordination: Relay client needs between front of house and back of house.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and refine communication protocols with Care Navigation Team to reduce client stress and improve efficiency.
  • Patient Advocacy: Act as the client's advocate with compassionate, professional voice for Arista Advanced Pet Care Hospital.

The Communication Liaison is a critical role in ensuring patient and client advocacy while coordinating with internal Team Members for the best possible outcomes for pets. A Day in the Life

  • Client Communication: Facilitate the hospital team'sability to work as efficiently as possible with minimal interruption by managing the flow of basic communication,including updates and information flow through the appropriate channels
  • Internal Coordination: Communicating client needs and concerns from "front of house" to "back of house" and vice versa
  • Process Improvement: Developing and refining communication protocols to reduce client stress and improve efficiency. Work closely with the Care Navigation Team to ensure a streamlined, well-organized, and comfortable experience for each client and their pet
  • Patient Advocacy: Acting as the client's advocate, ensuring their questions are answered, and care is compassionate by being the friendly and professional voice of Arista Advanced Pet Care Hospital
